NAME
       lis_matrix_assemble  -  assemble	 the matrix into the specified storage
       format

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_matrix_assemble(LIS_MATRIX A);

DESCRIPTION
       Assemble	matrix A into the specified storage format.

INPUT
       A      The matrix

OUTPUT
       A      The matrix assembled into	the specified storage format

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred
