NAME
       lis_matrix_create - create the matrix

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_matrix_create(Lis_Comm comm,	LIS_MATRIX *A);

DESCRIPTION
       Create matrix A.

INPUT
       LIS_Comm
	      The MPI communicator

OUTPUT
       A      The matrix

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred

NOTE
       For the serial and multithreaded	environments, the value	of comm	is ig-
       nored.
