NAME
       lis_matrix_get_diagonal - Get the digonal elemments of the matrix

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_matrix_get_diagonal(LIS_MATRIX A, LIS_VECTOR	d);

DESCRIPTION
       Get the diagonal	elements of matrix A.

INPUT
       A      The matrix

OUTPUT
       d      The vector which stores the diagonal elements of the matrix

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred
