NAME
       lis_matrix_get_size - get the size of the matrix

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT	lis_matrix_get_size(LIS_MATRIX	A,  LIS_INT  *local_n, LIS_INT
       *global_n);

DESCRIPTION
       Get the size of matrix A.

INPUT
       A      The matrix

OUTPUT
       local_n
	      The size of the partial matrix

       global_n
	      The size of the global matrix

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred

NOTE
       In the case of the serial and multithreaded  environments,  local_n  is
       equal to	global_n.
