INPUT nnz The number of nonzero elements ptr, index, value The arrays in the CSR format A The matrix OUTPUT A The matrix associated with the arrays EXIT STATUS The following exit values are returned: 0 The process is normally terminated unspecified An error occurred NOTE After lis_matrix_set_csr is called, the function lis_matrix_assemble must be called.
