lis_matrix_set_value(3) Lis Library Functions lis_matrix_set_value(3) NAME lis_matrix_set_value - assign the scalar value to the element of the matrix SYNOPSIS #include "lis.h" LIS_INT lis_matrix_set_value(LIS_INT flag, LIS_INT i, LIS_INT j, LIS_SCALAR value, LIS_MATRIX A); DESCRIPTION Assign the scalar value to the (i, j)-th element of matrix A. INPUT flag LIS_INS_VALUE A[i, j] = value LIS_ADD_VALUE A[i, j] = A[i, j] + value i The row number of the matrix j The column number of the matrix value The scalar value to be assigned A The matrix OUTPUT A The matrix EXIT STATUS The following exit values are returned: 0 The process is normally terminated unspecified An error occurred NOTE For the multiprocessing environment, the i-th row and the j-th column of the global matrix must be specified. The function lis_ma- trix_set_value stores the assigned value in a temporary internal for- mat. Therefore, after lis_matrix_set_value is called, the function lis_matrix_assemble must be called.
