NAME
       lis_solver_set_optionC  - set the options for the solver	on the command
       line

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_solver_set_optionC(LIS_SOLVER solver);

DESCRIPTION
       Set the options for the solver on the command line.

INPUT
       None

OUTPUT
       solver The solver

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred
