NAME
       lis_vector_axpy - calculate the sum of the vectors

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_vector_axpy(LIS_SCALAR alpha, LIS_VECTOR x, LIS_VECTOR y);

DESCRIPTION
       Calculate the sum of the	vectors	y = alpha * x +	y.

INPUT
       alpha  The scalar value

       x, y   The vectors

OUTPUT
       y      alpha * x	+ y (vector y is overwritten)

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred
