NAME
       lis_vector_gather - get the values of the vector

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_vector_gather(LIS_VECTOR v, LIS_SCALAR value[]);

DESCRIPTION
       Get   scalar   value[i]	of  the	 i-th  row  of	the  vector  v,	 where
       i=0,1,...,global_n-1.

INPUT
       v      The source vector

OUTPUT
       value  The array	to store the scalar values

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred
