NAME
       lis_vector_nrm2 - calculate the 2-norm of the vector

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_vector_nrm2(LIS_VECTOR x, LIS_REAL *value);

DESCRIPTION
       Calculate the 2-norm of vector x.

INPUT
       x      The vector

OUTPUT
       value  The 2-norm of the	vector

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred
