NAME
       lis_vector_set_all - assign the value to	the elements of	the vector

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_vector_set_all(LIS_SCALAR value, LIS_VECTOR x);

DESCRIPTION
       Assign scalar value value to the	elements of vector x.

INPUT
       value  The scalar value to be assigned

       x      The destination vector

OUTPUT
       x      The vector with the value	assigned to the	elements

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred
