NAME
     lis_vector_shift - get the shifted values of the elements of the vector

SYNOPSIS
     #include "lis.h"

     LIS_INT lis_vector_shift(LIS_SCALAR alpha, LIS_VECTOR x);

DESCRIPTION
     Get the shifted values of the elements of vector x.

INPUT
     alpha  The amount of the shift

     x	    The vector

OUTPUT
     x	    The vector that stores the shifted values

EXIT STATUS
     The following exit values are returned:

     0	    The process is normally terminated

     unspecified
	    An error occurred
