SYNOPSIS
	  mongoc_apm_callbacks_t *
	  mongoc_apm_callbacks_new (void);

       Create a	struct to hold event-notification callbacks.

RETURNS
       A     new     mongoc_apm_callbacks_t	you	must	 free	  with
       mongoc_apm_callbacks_destroy().
