NAME
       newgroup	- create a new newsgroup on the	local news server.

SYNOPSIS
       newgroup	newsgroup {y,n,m} [ description	]

DESCRIPTION
       Newgroup	 adds  a  newsgroup  to	 the  active file if it	is not already
       present.	 If the	newsgroup already exists then it is updated  with  the
       information given on the	command	line.

       /usr/local/etc/s-news/active
