NAME
       pmcancel	- create a cancellation	message	from an	article's headers.

SYNOPSIS
       pmcancel[file]

DESCRIPTION
       Pmcancel	 accepts  an article from the named file (or standard input if
       not specified), and constructs a	message	which,	if  submitted  to  the
       news  system,  will  cancel  the	 original message. This	new message is
       written to standard output.
