REBUILD-DOM-DB(1) General Commands Manual REBUILD-DOM-DB(1) NAME rebuild-dom-db - recreate an IP address to hostname DB file SYNOPSIS rebuild-dom-db dominfo.db < subdomains.cfg DESCRIPTION rebuild-dom-db recreates a DB file compatible with that produced by getdom- info from the (ASCII) output of convert-dom-db. It is mostly useful for disaster recovery. Since the output of convert-dom-db does not include negative cache entries, they will also not be present in the reconstructed DB file.
