UPDATE-BASE(8) User Manuals UPDATE-BASE(8) NAME update-base - Easy install of kernel and world SYNOPSIS update-base DESCRIPTION update-base is a script to install FreeBSD kernel and base from /usr/src and /usr/obj. The filesystems can be mounted on demand if present in /etc/fstab FILES /usr/src/jails-${HOSTNAME}-${ARCH}.txt Userland "world" will be installed for each path listed. /usr/src/pxe-${HOSTNAME}-${ARCH}.txt Kernel will also be installed for each path listed.
