NAME
       upstr - convert a string	to upper case

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"mut.h"
       void upstr(s, t)
       char *s,	*t;

PARAMETERS
       s		   Pointer to the source string

       t		   Pointer to the destination string

DESCRIPTION
       upstr  converts	the s string to	upper case in t.  The space for	t must
       be allocated by the caller, and be at least strlen(s) + 1 long.

EXAMPLE
       #include	"mut.h"
       void cmp()
       {
       char *s = "pwet", t[5];
	  upstr(s, t);
	  if (strcmp(t,	"PWET")) {
	     fprintf(stderr, "Upstr sucks, man");
	     EXIT();
	  }
       }
