VCFCLEANCOMPLEX(1) vcfcleancomplex (VCF transformation) VCFCLEANCOMPLEX(1) NAME vcfcleancomplex SYNOPSIS vcfcleancomplex DESCRIPTION Removes reference-matching sequence from complex alleles and adjusts records to reflect positional change.
