VCFROC(1) vcfroc (VCF statistics) VCFROC(1) NAME vcfroc SYNOPSIS vcfroc options [] DESCRIPTION Generates a pseudo-ROC curve using sensitivity and specificity estimated against a putative truth set. Thresholding is provided by successive QUAL cutoffs.
