UNTITLED() LOCAL UNTITLED() NAME vn8to7 SYNOPSIS vn8to7 [-com composition character] [-v | -m] [file ...] DESCRIPTION vn8to7 converts files encoded in the Vietnamese 8-bit VISCII (VIet- namese Standard Code for Information Interchange) format to the 7-bit VIQR (VIetnamese Quoted Readable) data format. The converted output is written to standard out. The following options are available: -com specifies the composition character, default is "\" -v sets the initial state to Vietnamese (default) -m sets the initial state to English If the input file name isn't specified, vn8to7 reads from standard in- put.
