NAME
     voice_set_frequency - Sets the pitch of the voice. Allegro game programming
     library.

SYNOPSIS
     #include <allegro.h>

     void voice_set_frequency(int voice, int frequency);

DESCRIPTION
     Sets the pitch of the voice, in Hz.
