NAME
       xt_strblank() - Return true is a	string is empty	or only	whitespace

LIBRARY

SYNOPSIS
       int     xt_strblank(const char *string)

ARGUMENTS
       string: A null-terminated string

DESCRIPTION
       xt_strblank()  returns true if the null-terminated string contains only
       whitespace or nothing at	all.  It is the	null-terminated	string equiva-
       lent of isblank(3), which tests a single	character.

RETURN VALUES
       true is string contains only whitespace,	or nothing false if  any  non-
       whitespace characters are present
