NAME
     pkg autoremove -- removes orphan packages

SYNOPSIS
     pkg autoremove [-Dnqy]

     pkg autoremove [--{dry-run,no-scripts,quiet,yes}]

DESCRIPTION
     pkg autoremove is used for	removing orphan	packages, which	were installed
     during dependency resolution and are no longer needed.

OPTIONS
     The following options are supported by pkg	autoremove:

     -n, --dry-run
	      Dry-run mode.  The list of changes to packages is	always
	      printed, but no changes are actually made.

     -D, --no-scripts
	      If a deinstallation script exists	for a given package, do	not
	      execute it.

     -q, --quiet
	      Force quiet output.

     -y, --yes
	      Assume yes when asked for	confirmation before package autore-
	      moval.

ENVIRONMENT
     The following environment variables affect	the execution of pkg
     autoremove.  See pkg.conf(5) for further description.

     DEFAULT_ALWAYS_YES

     ASSUME_ALWAYS_YES

     HANDLE_RC_SCRIPTS

     PKG_DBDIR
