NAME
       pskc_set_device_startdate - API function

SYNOPSIS
       #include	<pskc.h>

       void  pskc_set_device_startdate(pskc_key_t  *  key,  const  struct tm *
       startdate);

ARGUMENTS
       pskc_key_t * key
		   a pskc_key_t	handle,	from pskc_get_keypackage().

       const struct tm * startdate
		   pointer to a	tm struct with device starting date to set.

DESCRIPTION
       Set the PSKC KeyPackage DeviceInfo StartDate.  This element denote  the
       start  date  of	a device (such as the one on a payment card, used when
       issue numbers are not printed on	cards).
